Deadline Approaching - Treatment Requests to Canadian Conservation Institute

The deadline is approaching to submit conservation and restoration treatment 
requests  to the Canadian Conservation Institute (see 
http://www.cci-icc.gc.ca/services/constreat-constratie-eng.aspx ) for paper 
(photos, archival materials and books), archaeological objects already in 
museum collections, First Nations, historic, cultural, religious and 
industrial objects and furniture and decorative arts.

They invite Canadian museums, archives and galleries to apply by filling out 
the Conservation and Restoration Treatments request form through:
 e-Services https://www.cci-icc.gc.ca/e-services/login.aspx?lang=eng or  by 
downloading the form at 
http://www.cci-icc.gc.ca/services/pdf-forms/Constreat-E.pdf
 and faxing it to 613-998-4721 or e-mailing it to [log in to unmask] .

Applications must be received before October 15, 2011.
