Plan to join the members of the Southwestern Ontario
Chapter in a tour of the Oxford County Courthouse in
Woodstock.

Said by many to be the "finest county building in the Province",
the Oxford County Court House is a beautiful example of the
Richardsonian Romanesque style of architecture. Typical of
the style, the building features rough-faced masonry blocks
and massive round arched entrances. However, with an over-
all emphasis for the building to admit as much light into the
interior of the building as possible, there is an interesting
contrast of massive and heavy exterior compared to a light
and open interior.
