1996, in which Omar Hamouda and myself are involved. Three minor corrections: 
 
1)Claude Meidinger (and not "Meixlinger" is a member of our Program Committee. 
 
2) My fax number is (33-1) 45 85 49 91 (and not (33-1) 4S 85 49 91). 
 
3) The precise dates of the Conference should be June 25-26 (at least, 
according to Omar's suggestion, with which I quite agree).
