I'm using the Gerald Graff/James Phelan edition of _Huckleberry Finn_ for the
first time, and I'd be interested to hear about others' reactions/experiences.
I've assigned the text in a graduate seminar in American Realism, and we'll
be using it for the next two weeks. I've assigned the section on gender and
sexuality first, then the sections on the ending and race for next week. I
just read the gender/sexuality section today, and I'll be interested to see
what happens in class Monday. I'll post afterwards and report on the outcome,
but I would also be interested to get feedback from others who have used the
text.
