Author Bio: Tom Wolfe started out as a journalist, pioneering the New
Journalism in the 1960s. He has written twelve books including "Electric
Kool Aid Acid Test," "Bonfire of the Vanities," and "The Right Stuff." His
critical acclaim and his characteristic white suits have made him a type of
modern author-celebrity. He has a Ph.D. in American Studies from Yale
University.
