Interesting that this show seems simply to have been divided in half, with 
Cable going on first, followed by Twain. At some of the others, they're 
described as alternating -- one bit from Cable, one bit from Twain, then 
back to Cable and so on. So besides varying the material from night to 
night, it seems they also varied the pace of the program itself.
