Two weeks ago I inquired at B. Dalton's to see if they carried this.
It wasn't in stock, but they offered to order it in hardback for
$18.95.  Perhaps they have a supply laid away ijn one of their
warehouses...

I would be delighted if someone'd get me one for Christmas (hint, hint
:-) ).
