Dear professor Colander,

I found your list very useful.

May I just suggest that Malthus may also be considered as the founder 
of the principle of effective demand? Accordingly, among his major 
works you may be willing to quote his Principles of Political Economy 
and, perhaps, his Definitions in Political Economy.
