Indeed, Jules did send proof of her memberships & subscriptions. But she didn't need to go to that trouble -- the rules only required some swearing. 
But she makes a good point, and perhaps she doesn't like to swear. So there may be two winners for #1. Jules will get the two prints for sure, and Susan Harris has told me she will confirm her information when she returns from India.

There are still no winners for #2 or #3.
