Dear Colleagues,

Is there a general scholarly consensus appraisal of the Austrian
economics argument that business cycles are themselves the product of
central banks' necessarily imperfect manipulation of interest rates?
I am not properly an economic historian, so any citation to an
accessible appraisal would be greatly appreciated!

Many thanks

Colin Wilder
