I agree with the principle elucidated by Barkley Rosser but note that 
Hayek rarely published in English as "Friedrich," but as "F. A. von 
Hayek" or, by the mid-1940s, as "F. A. Hayek." (Hence the title, _The 
Collected Works of F. A. Hayek_.)
