Who supervised Adolph O. Berger's 1936 University of Chicago MA dissertation (Department of Economics, Division of Social Sciences) on 'The Forecasting Methods and Results of the Austrian Institute for Business Cycle Research'?

The University of Chicago libraries have no information; neither does Berger thank anyone.

Berger (1907-1996) later worked for the U. S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and was President of the Chicago Chapter of the American Statistical Association (1955-6). Any more biographical information?
