Good news. I have been just informed of the release of the H.S. 
Foxwell Papers online by Professor Ryo Hongo of Kwansei Gakuin 
University.

They are comprised mostly of about 4,500 letters from and to Foxwell, 
but there are some manuscripts, lecture notes and other documents.
