Thanks Julian. We needed this. Brian Loasby once told me that he is 
fed up with the people who do not have a clue to what Smith actually 
said claiming to be experts on him. Problem is, classics such as 
Marx, Freud, Joyce and so on nobody actually needs to read but has 
the birth right to "quote" from.
