I think he had seven (?) of them made, but I don't recall the source of 
that info. Paine?

MTP has receipts for all sort of expenses, so they may have that info, 
or you might find a reference in AMT1-3.

BTW, the MTP staff is "locked out" of their offices due to COVID 
restrictions, and are only allowed sporadic visits that have to be 
scheduled weeks in advance, so they may not have ready access to those 
receipts (if such exist).

I think Hartford and Hannibal each have one "white" suit coat (and 
Hartford also has a shirt or two) so there may be labels on the 
artifacts themselves that would reveal the answer.

I'm posting this info in case some of the Twain site staffs are without 
power or internet access at the moment, and I stand ready to be 
corrected by any staffers who have better info.
