Though Fred Lee and I were discussing this, and when I brought up Shackle, he questioned whether he should be included in the "left" camp. Possibly TBD?

Sheila Dow's book is the best comparison I've seen.It includes more than these
two schools and it is longer than an essay. Maybe she would be willing to
abstract a few of the main points.
