There are many different series available through SSRN -- some free,
some not.  The History of Economics series can be found by following
links to the Economics Research Network, from there to the ERN Subject
Matter Journals, and finally to the History of Economics Journal.

Hint on maximizing the readership of your papers:  you may submit your 
paper to up to twelve SSRN journals; so in addition to the History of
