Michael Patrick Fogarty, who wrote on various aspects of applied
economics. The Oxford University Gazette of 4 October 2001 has an
obituary notice for a Professor of that name who was at Christ Church in
1934-8 and died in 2001 (no other information). Those College dates
suggest he may have been reading Classics. If that is him, then it might
