There's an incredible archive of photos of New York (NY City Archives) recently (?) been made available on the Web. The site is

I still haven't got the a hang of how to send messages to the Forum that don't get extra symbols added etc so you might have to play about a bit to get there but it's worth it.
The only MT photo (just enter his name in the search facility) is of the 21 5th Avenue house....
