Holiday gathers at the Knight family home must have been interesting. A
third brother, MM (Melvin Moses), was an economic historian at U.C.
Berkeley (1928-1954). Giulio Pontecarvo and Charles Stewart have a
Memoir and a complete Bibliography in Explorations in Economic History,
16 (July 1979) pp. 240-248.

M.M.'s textbook is:
An Economic History of Europe to the End of the Middle Ages, Houghton
Mifflin, 1926.

And his class notes were published in:
Introduction to Modern Economic History, Berkeley: California Book Co.,
1940.
