Hello,

I have had a difficult time verifying a Twain Quote (I have looked at
the recommended books and web material to no avail).

The quote is "No real estate is permanently valuable but the grave."

This is being quoted quite a bit in light of the real estate bubble
bursting. However, I have been unable to verify the source, the date, or the
context for the text.

If it is indeed verifiable, I would be particularly interested in any
context readers of the listserve might have.

All the best,

Lindsay Owens
