The Council of Agencies Serving South Asians (CASSA), in partnership with Ryerson University, would like to invite you to attend our 6th Annual Health Equity Summit on Tuesday September 27th, 2016 at the Sears Atrium at Ryerson University from 9:00am to 4:30pm. The summit will focus on the Health and Well- Being of South Asian Immigrant Women through a Lifespan Approach.Topics that will be discussed throughout the event include: Mental Health, Social Determinants of Health, Chronic Health, Violence and Abuse, and Sexual and Maternal Health. The Summit aims to inform the ongoing research for the South Asian Health Strategy report. The purpose of the report is to advise the provincial government of the specific health needs of South Asian communities living in Ontario.
