I've been pouring over train routes and it appears to me that the best
route for Sam and George to take from Springfield (show on 11/7) to
Providence (show on 11/8) was to return to Hartford and take the
Hartford, Providence and Fishkill line.  What bothers me about this is
that Sam seems to have left Livy in Springfield.  I suppose they
departed soon after the show while Livy may have preferred not to travel
at night and maybe get a good nights rest, returning to Hartford in the
morning.
