   Thanks for the excellent review.

   The variation between the spelling of "Susy" and "Susie" throughout
this article is a bit confusing.  Did they really write it both ways?

   There are also incorrectly-balanced quotation marks in the paragraph
beginning "The grieving Clemens..."
