The Warren J. Samuels Collection of photographic or portrait images  
of several dozen early economists is now available on the Web. This  
collection, a gift of Professor Samuels to the Economics Department  
of Duke University, has been scanned to a departmental Web site.

"Clicking" on the individual's name will produce the individual's  
portrait; the "gif" files may be linked, printed, etc. subject to the
