I was away and missed the debate regarding the non-European History
of Economic Thought. During the last few years I have been trying to
extend Prof. Spengler's work on the History of Indian Thought. I am
not claiming to have Prof. Spengler's insights, clarity or analytical
depth. His project was much broader in scope and his book has only
one chapter on Kautilya's Arthashastra. I have focused only on
Kautilya's contributions. These are some of my publications on
Kautilya's contributions.
