Roy Rotheim wrote that MS Word's spellcheck device is responsible for capitalisation of
"internet". This may be true for US English, but it does not happen when one sets
preferences to UK English. Is Microsoft the culprit, or is it responding to preferences of
its US clients? I suspect it is the latter.
