Why do you use random Unicode Private Area characters on a
public-facing website? That is utterly non-portable to anyone. What do
those private area codepoints do at the top of your homepage? Do you
realize that your site is utterly unusable for many people, especially

I would recommend that you obtain web designers that understand
Unicode and web accessibility, and make a site that is usable to people
using standards-compliant browsers.
