There's been an interest on Reddit regarding the "correct" titles for "A 
Connecticut Yankee /in/at/ King Arthur's Court" and "/[The]/ Adventures 
of Huckleberry Finn".  First editions in the U.S. and England apparently 
exhibit both versions.  Did Mark Twain address this issue and if so where?
