Have these ever been published in full:

2. The March 1931 monograph by Haberler on "The Different Meanings to the Term 'Fluctuation on the Purchasing Power of Gold,' and the Best Instrument or Instruments for Measuring Such Fluctuations" (printed for limited circulation by the League of Nations; part of a series of monographs and papers the League's research department headed by Alexander Loveday had commissioned for analyzing movements in the price level, gold, and economic fluctuations).
3. Contributions by Moritz J. Bonn (who later taught at the LSE) and Loveday in the same series.
4. The summary of a L of N 1936 conference (Annecy, France) to discuss Haberler's recently released, "Prosperity and Depression".
