Dear Health Promotion Colleagues

I am doing my annual "spring cleaning" preparing for a New Year - sorting
through ideas and issues and problems and opportunities.  One thing I am
increasingly mindful of are the gaps between what is known and what
actually happens - on a personal, professional, and systemic level.

I would like to hear from you - what are some of the gaps between knowledge
and practice you see that just drive you crazy?
