The current issue of the _Journal of the History of Economic Thought" 
includes a "PRELIMINARY Program" which I submitted in late February 
to meet a publisher's deadline.  That "Preliminary Program" has been 
superceded by the "Final Program."  All participants received information 
on session number & title, chair, presenters, discussants, and  
appropriate addresses in early May.  Hope this clears up any confusion.
