Dear shoe members,

I am looking for some literature on journal ranking system.
It would be better if it also considers the history of economic
thought.

I have found two papers:

[1] Ritzberger, K. (2008) ´A Ranking of Journals in Economics and
Related FieldsĦ, German Economic Review, 9(4), pp. 402-430.

[2] Palacio-Puerta, I. and O. Voliji (2004) ´The Measurement of
Intellectual InfluenceĦ, Econometrica, 72(3), pp. 963-977.

Best regards,
