When was Sam in Muskegon?

There seems to be some disagreement about what and where for December
14, 1884, a Sunday.  There was a Twain-Cable show in Grand Rapids
December 13 and in Toledo December 14.  Sam sent out 5 letters on the
14th, 4 of them from Grand Rapids and 1 from Muskegon.  What was he
doing in Muskegon on Sunday December 14, 1884.  They weren't doing a
show on a Sunday and the next scheduled performance was in Toledo,
southeast of Grand Rapids.  Muskegon is northwest of Grand Rapids.
Perhaps Sam was sight seeing.
