Thank you, very much. I actually had a copy of the letter attached to
Chapter 30. I was not very careful about naming my files when I first
created my Innocents Abroad pages for my web site. And yes, I did get
confused over McKeithan's chapter numbers - which do not necessarily
correspond to the letter numbers.
