With  respect to Robertson in the 20s. 
 
     Harry Johnson was a student of Robertson, and his defender 
against the slings and arrows of Robinsonians at `Cambridge in the 
1950s'.  You might try Johnson's IN THE SHADOW OF KEYNES, or his 
ECONOMICS AND SOCIETY, (both University of Chicago Press, 1975).  He 
may not have written the paper, but he may have cited it.  There are 
Johnson bibliographies available.
