Use of Twain in theatrical performance is [or was at my last knowledge] by
Curtis Management Group; 1000 Waterway Boulevard, Indianapolis, Ind 46202;
phone 317-633-2050; fax 317-633-2047.  They insist on obraining a contract
with them and have been known to sue if images of their clients are used
without permission.
