Sorry for responding late to Dsvid's request, but I am at the ESHET meeting.

I think nobody mentioned Jacob Mincer (1922-2006) and I would like to 
remember him.

I believe T. W Schultz (1902-1998) will be included already, since we 
was President of AEA and Nobel Prize winner.

I have noticed that very few (if any) women economists were mentioned 
and I would suggest Mary Jean Bowman, who passed away in 2002.
