Faustmann does not appear in Bohm Bawerk or Roscher whereas Thunen of
course does.

JB Clark does mention Thunen

(even though paradoxically he gets it wrong as Niehans observes (Palgrave
entry on v. Thunen) (sour grapes I presume about marginal productivity.
Precursor, precursor on the wall who is the first of them all)

I find amusing to compare Faustmann's DCF method with Petty's three
generations average in comparing usufruct with fees simple of land.
