I've recently completed a site for archives of the Mark Twain Circular. It's been around for a while in fragmentary form, so you may have encountered it in some past search; but it now includes links to all issues of the Circular from the newsletter's beginning in January 1987 through Spring 2015.
Site address: http://faculty.citadel.edu/leonard/MTCArchives.pdf
The earlier issues (January 1987 through April-June 1999) are scans of hard copy, and consequently are not text-searchable. The more recent issues (July-September 1999 to the most recent) are PDFs produced from searchable text, and are therefore themselves text-searchable. Thanks to Jerry Kerkmeyer, who provided the scans for the years 1987-1991. Thanks also to Chad Rohman (November 2008-April 2013) and Joe Csicsila (November 2013-most recent), who provided electronic versions of the issues for which they were the editors.
Some of the more recent issues can also be reached by links from the "Mark Twain Circle of America" site established and maintained by John Bird; John's list of links and mine will eventually be consolidated. Until that consolidation happens (or until I sink too far into dementia), I expect to continue to post issues, with a one-year lag from their dates of distribution to Circle members.
