Dear colleagues....

A librarian co-worker is trying to track down the institution holding the Wilson A. Head fonds, to no avail. She came across an incomplete pdf for it which can be seen here:

It would appear that it was once in ArchivesCanada but is not retrievable now.

Neither do I see it in Archeion.
