re 4: There is a long summary of the full verbatim records of the L of
N 1936 conference on Haberler's "Prosperity and Depression" in the
following article:

Mauro Boianovsky & Hans-Michael Trautwein:
Haberler, the League of Nations, and the Quest for Consensus in Business
Cycle Theory in the 1930s,
HOPE 38 (2006), No. 1, pp 45-90

The conference was not, by the way, in Annecy - it took place in Geneva.
For some reason, the Annecy meetings (which dealt with different issues)
has been mixed up with the "feedback conference" on P and D in some
documents.

The March 1931 monograph by Haberler on "The Different Meanings to the Term 'Fluctuation on the Purchasing Power of Gold,' and the Best Instrument or Instruments for Measuring Such Fluctuations" (printed for limited circulation by the League of Nations; part of a series of monographs and papers the League's research department headed by Alexander Loveday had commissioned for analyzing movements in the price level, gold, and economic fluctuations).
