Dear list member
The new version of Archeion, running on AtoM 2.0.1, is now available for you
to search and to update at http://archeion.ca.
For institutions who contribute to the service, you can now customize the
page for your own institution - with the option of uploading a logo and/or
banner, and you can also change the background colour for your institution's
pages if you so choose.
And just a reminder - there is no longer a separate institutional directory
on the AAO website, so we're trying to make sure that the list of
institutions in Archeion is as complete as possible
(http://www.archeion.ca/repository/browse) . You don't have to be an
institutional member to have a basic listing in Archeion - just email me and
I'll create a listing for you - but you will need to be a member if you want
to contribute descriptions of your holdings.
I'd like to thank our colleagues at Artefactual for performing the upgrade
and for making the new site look fantastic!
All best,
Amanda
