I can't imagine where Riccardo Bellofiore gets his information 
about Hayek's views.  Bellofiore's account is clearly contradicted 
by Hayek's clear words in his _The Road To Serfdom_, _The Constitution 
of Liberty_, and _Law, Legislation and Liberty_, and elsewhere.
