The brochure is being made available to the membership in order to gauge popular
opinion.  On behalf of the Professional Development Committee I encourage you to
forward any comment and/or query you may have about the brochure, or the "Draft
Proposal".  Please take this opportunity to put fingers to keyboard, pen to
paper, paper to carrier pigeon, etc...

It is the PDC's aim to produce the final product by fall, 1999. Don't delay in
sending in your comments!
