Dear colleagues,

Sumitra Shah has written me asking for an explanation on the
difference between HEI symposium and SPE symposium.

I would like to share with the SHOE list my answer to this question
because I think it should interest our colleagues in general.

SPE (Storia del pensiero economico) is not HEI (History of economic ideas).

Storia del pensiero economico (new series) is published by Franco
Angeli, Milan. It is
listed in Econlit and other AEA electronic data bases. Website can be
visited at:
http://www.francoangeli.it/riviste/sommario.asp?IDRivista=121).

While the whole Symposium on Methodology can be downloaded at
http://www.francoangeli.it/riviste/sommario.asp?anno=2005&idRivista=121

Thank you very much,

Daniela Parisi
