On October 19, 2006 Government Services Minister Gerry Phillips introduced
the proposed Consumer Protection and Service Modernization Act, Bill 152
which includes reforms to the framework of the Archives of Ontario. If
passed it will guarantee that our provincial heritage is preserved and
accessible through the best methods available.
