All are cordially invited to the Third Annual Municipal Archives Open House sponsored by the AAO's Municipal Archives Interest Group.  This year's event is to be held at the City of Cambridge Archives on Saturday, October 13th, 2001 from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

Location:  46 Dickson Street, Cambridge

Directions:  Hwy 401 to Hwy 24 South to downtown Cambridge.  East on Dickson Street a block and half.  (Follow the signs for the Archives/City Hall when you enter downtown).  Paid parking next to City Hall.

Refreshments and a light lunch will be provided.

Join Archivist Jim Quantrell for a tour of this impressive facility located in Cambridge's historic City Hall.  An informal roundtable discussion on issues pertaining to municipal and community archives to follow.  This is a great opportunity to see the inner-workings of a model community archives.
