To my municipal colleagues:

I am in the process of compiling information for an upcoming report to our council on the acquisition of documents from our local Land Registry Office (LRO).  I would like to be able to reference the status of things in other municipal archives in the province.  If you could spend a few seconds answering the following questions, it would be greatly appreciated.  Many thanks in advance:

* Institution Name:
* Has your institution signed a transfer agreement with the LRO and when?
* Are the records now in your custody and are they stored on-site?
* What is their approximate total volume (even number of cabinets will do)?
* Did you acquire the abstract books along with the instruments?
* If the records have yet to be acquired, have you at least made an expression of interest?
