After many years of assisting the Archives Association of Ontario with its
Thermohygrograph Loan Program, George Wharton of the City of Toronto
Archives is retiring and will give up this volunteer work. On behalf of the
AAO I say thank you very much George for all your years of dedicated support
for this program. I wish you a happy, healthy, well earned retirement.
I am also pleased to announce the City of Toronto Archives is continuing the
tradition of assisting the AAO with this program. Ms. Holly Evers,
Conservator will take over administration of the thermohygrograph loans for
the GTA. Thank you Holly for agreeing to do this for the AAO.
Anyone in the GTA area wishing to borrow a thermohygrograph should still
contact me first for the paperwork and then you can contact Holly at the
City of Toronto Archives, 255 Spadina Road, Toronto, telephone (416)
397-0737 to arrange to pick up a unit.
